Thank you for shopping with Polka Dot Impression! Please read this policy before making a purchase.

Digital Products

Because all of my printables, templates, and digital designs are delivered instantly and can’t be returned, all sales of digital products are final. I’m not able to offer refunds or exchanges once a file has been purchased.

Please read each product description carefully before buying, including the sizes, number of pages, and file types included. If you have any questions about a product, I’m happy to answer them before you purchase.

When I Can Help

I want you to love your purchase, so I’ll gladly make it right if:

  • Your file is damaged, won’t open, or is missing pages
  • You didn’t receive your download link
  • You were accidentally charged twice for the same item

In these cases, contact me and I’ll send a replacement file or, for duplicate purchases, issue a refund for the extra charge.

Editable Templates

Some products include a link to an editable template in Canva. A free Canva account is required to use these templates. Please make sure you’re comfortable using Canva before purchasing, since refunds aren’t offered for editable templates.

Printing

Colors may look slightly different when printed, depending on your screen, printer, ink, and paper. This is not considered a defect.
