Polka Dot Impression (“I,” “me,” or “my”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information I collect when you visit polkadotimpression.com, how I use it, and your choices.
Information I Collect
- When you make a purchase: your name, email address, billing details, and order information. This is used to process your order, deliver your downloads, and send order confirmations.
- When you join my email list: your first name and email address, so I can send you your free printable and occasional emails about new printables, tutorials, and offers.
- When you contact me: your name, email address, and anything you include in your message.
- When you browse the site: basic technical information, such as your browser type and pages visited, and small files called cookies that keep your shopping cart working.
Payments
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. I never see or store your full card number. Stripe handles your payment information according to its own privacy policy.
Email List
My email list is managed through Kit. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every email.
Embedded Content
Some pages include videos from YouTube. These videos may collect information about you as if you visited YouTube directly.
How I Use Your Information
I use your information only to run my shop: processing orders, delivering downloads, answering questions, and sending emails you’ve signed up for. I never sell or rent your personal information.
How Long I Keep It
Order records are kept as long as needed for business and tax purposes. You can ask me to delete your other information at any time.
Your Choices
You can request a copy of the personal information I have about you, or ask me to correct or delete it, by emailing me. I’ll respond as soon as possible.
Children’s Privacy
Some of my products are made for kids, but this site is meant for adults. I don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
