How do I get my files after I buy?
Right after checkout, your download links appear on the order confirmation page and in your confirmation email. Click each link to save your files to your device.
I lost my download link. What do I do?
If you created an account, log in to My Account and click Downloads. If you checked out as a guest, email me at hello@polkadotimpression.com with your order number, and I’ll resend your links.
Do I need an account to buy?
No. You can check out as a guest. Creating an account is optional, but it lets you re-download your purchases any time.
What sizes are included?
Most printables come in US Letter, and many also include A4 and A5. The exact sizes are listed in each product description.
Can I edit the printables?
PDF printables are not editable. Products marked as editable templates include a link to customize them in Canva, which requires a free Canva account.
What’s the best way to print?
Print at home on regular printer paper or cardstock, or take your files to a local print shop. Colors may look slightly different depending on your screen, printer, and paper.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, processed securely through Stripe.
Do you offer refunds?
Because digital files are delivered instantly, all digital sales are final. If your file is damaged or missing, I’ll gladly replace it. See my Refund Policy for details.
Can I share or sell the printables?
My printables are for personal use only. Please don’t share, resell, or redistribute the files. See my Terms of Use for details.
Do you sell physical products?
Not yet, but they’re coming soon! Join my email list to be the first to know.
Can I request a custom design?
Yes! Visit my Services page or contact me to talk about what you need.

What’s included in a package?
Each package includes a set number of services from The List, plus a 1-hour strategy call. See my Services page for details.
How long does a project take?
Most projects are completed within 5-7 business days after payment. Rush turnaround (24–48 hours) is available for an extra $50.
How do I pay for services?
After our strategy call, I’ll send you an invoice. Work begins once it’s paid.
